At Chalet Christophe, our fully catered chalet weeks are designed to make your stay effortless and indulgent — so you can focus on skiing, exploring and enjoying time together.
Breakfast
Each morning begins with a generous continental breakfast to set you up for the day. Fresh bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese and juices are all laid out for you to help yourself.
Alongside this, we serve a freshly prepared hot option such as creamy porridge or eggs cooked to order — the perfect fuel to set you for a day on the mountain.
Afternoon Tea
After a day on the mountain, you’ll return to the chalet to find a freshly baked cake waiting for you.
Put the kettle on, kick off your boots, and enjoy a proper chalet-style afternoon tea.
Evening Chalet Dining
On five evenings of your stay, we serve a three-course evening meal in our dining room at 7.00 pm.
Dinner is relaxed and sociable — the kind of atmosphere where stories from the day are shared over good food and generous glasses of wine.
Your evening meal includes unlimited Bulgarian wine and beer, carefully selected to complement the menu and introduce you to some of the excellent local producers. It’s all part of the experience — and part of the value.
Two Evenings Out
On two evenings each week, we leave you free to explore Bansko’s fantastic local restaurants. The town has a brilliant food scene, and we’re always happy to recommend our favourites and make reservations for you.
Wine Pairing
For guests who would like to elevate the experience further, curated wine package upgrades are available on request, with each evening’s wines thoughtfully paired to your meal.
