Skiing & Snowboarding in Bansko
When you stay at Chalet Christophe in Bansko, we take the stress out of your arrival day by prebooking your ski hire, lessons and ski passes (we will bring them straight to the chalet for you) so you don't have to worry about availability or queues when you arrive.
Ski and Snowboard Hire & Lessons
We have worked with Bansko Ski Mania since 2007, when we first came to Bansko and have a great relationship with them. They are reliable and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that you have a great holiday.
With a shop close to the gondola station, you can store your skis and boots there at the end of the day and change back into your normal footwear to enjoy the Bansko apres-ski in comfort, without having to carry your equipment around town.
Prices for 6 days hire of boots, skis and helmet start from 94 Euros or for a snowboard package the cost is 130 Euros. (2025/26)
Group ski lessons for 2 hours each day for 5 days are 230 Euros per person (2025/26) and are a great way to get your ski legs going and find your favourite slopes.
Bansko Lift Passes
We can pre-order your 5 or day lift passes so they are waiting for you when you arrive in resort and you can relax knowing you won't have to join a queue to buy your passes on your first morning.
A 6 day Bansko lift pass is 341 Euros.
We can purchase lift passes for you on a daily basis if you prefer to give yourself the opportunity for a day off during the week.
Gondola Shuttles
Our dedicated chalet minibus runs to the gondola every morning and is also available to pick you up at the end of your day on the slopes.
When the Bansko Gondola queues are large we will include transport from the chalet to either Chalin Valog or to the top of the lift so you can skip the queue and ensure that you make it to your lessons. In peak weeks we can drive up the mountain road before it closes to traffic but it does mean an early start.
If you are looking for quieter weeks, we advise choosing dates in mid-January or March and April.
